Bart Hribar
Director
Bart Hribar is the Founder and Director of the CREATE Construction Management Group. The result of an ever-growing vision, the company was launched in 2008 as a way to diversify operations and create fully-functional, desirable spaces for clients.
With a practical and hands-on understanding of construction and engineering, Bart brings a wealth of knowledge to every project he works on, personally involved in every step of construction, from inception to completion.
While CREATE was initially launched in collaboration with the building and design of restaurants and custom-designed homes, it quickly expanded into a full service firm with an interest in interiors for the medical profession and educational centres, reflecting Bart’s unwavering passion and dedication to shaping the city he loves.
Allen Clayton
President
Allen Clayton is the President of CREATE Construction Management Group. A results-orientated team leader with many years of diversified and extensive management experience, Allen guides the company’s team of professionals in taking each project from conception to completion with the utmost care, reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
It is due to this steadfast commitment to high standards and finding innovative solutions to building problems that CREATE continues to move beyond and exceed the expectations of all our clients.
With an extensive educational background in construction from Mount Royal College, Allen is always looking to further his knowledge and expertise so that he can continue to provide for his clients’ ever-changing needs. As such, he is an active member of the Alberta Construction Safety Association and the Canada Green Building Council, dedicated to building a healthier, cleaner and more sustainable future in Canada.
Jim Madden
Vice President of Operations
Jim’s career began with the completion of a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Calgary, focusing on City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Jim has participated in many levels of leadership within the company, from construction manager to his current position of Vice President of Operations.
Jim consistently leads multi-discipline teams in the successful completion of a wide range of projects and his excellent interpersonal skills helps CREATE build strong and lasting client relationships.

CREATE. Construction Management Group performed exceptionally well for the duration of the Earls Westhills renovation. During their mobilization period, CREATE. provided a detailed and well thought out schedule, which was seemingly impossible to maintain. The schedule included a series of crews, running 24 hours, for a three week duration, full-gut renovation. Over the course of construction, there were significant client additions to the scope, along with several site conditions that required additional time. CREATE. was able to forecast the adjustments accurately and in a timely manner which allowed ample time for the restaurant owner to commit to an opening date. The fast-tracked timeline did not affect the quality of work on this project. The finishing work was executed beautifully and the design intent was met. CREATE. did not hesitate to contact us to work through details, which added to the success of the project. CREATE. maintained the schedule and completed the project with professionalism.
